Shipping

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your shipment.

Domestic delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

International delivery times can take between 7-16 business days.

Once reaching your country, it may take additional days for the package to be passed through customs. This additional time varies with each country. The buyer is responsible for custom dues and taxes.

We are not liable for delays caused by weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns for online store credit on items in like-new condition within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that we do not offer refunds. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly provide a return or exchange.

If you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to help with an exchange for the correct size, and VNNYL will cover the return shipping label. Please ensure the items are unworn and undamaged, and note that exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, email your order number and reason for return to sales@vnnyl.com. After receiving approval for your return, please package the item securely and send it back to the address below, along with your original receipt. Please provide the return tracking number to confirm proof of delivery.

Tags must remain attached to the garment.
The original purchase receipt must be included in the shipping box.
